It started with a young woman, some dumb luck, and a whole lot of figuring it out along the way.
At a very young age, Ashley found herself in the right place at the right time, even if it didn’t feel like that in the moment.
At twenty-two, Ashley left her job in the resort world to move into the non-profit space. Now, it’s easy to see that a career demanding the highest levels of customer service, married with a career in the non-profit world, where most employees have responsibilities far greater than what the role entails, would be the perfect formula for a career in marketing, business development, and company culture efforts.
Today, Ashley is a designer, web developer, strategist, community leader, and an ambassador for company culture in a post-pandemic world.
